Kunzite is the pink variety of spodumene. Its lovely color makes kunzite an attractive and desirable gemstone. Sometimes called an evening stone, kunzite has a tendency to fade in color if left in direct sunlight. Spodumene is also found in colourless, yellow, light green, emerald-green, pink to violet, purple, white and gray. The hardness of Spodumene is 6.5 to 7.0 on the mohs scale making it very wearable for jewelry. The refractive index is 1.66 with a monoclinic crystal system. More Information on Kunzite is Here!
