Beyond that, if you are unsatisfied with your gemstone or jewelry purchase for any reason within 30 days, The Brazilian Connection will refund your entire purchase price, less shipping charges, upon receipt of the returned goods in original condition.
If we mount your gemstones, the mounting is also guaranteed. We guarantee the mounting to be 14 karat, 18 karat, platinum or whatever it is marked. If the mounting was sized, we guarantee that the sizing is accurate to within 1/4 size. All sizing is done using karat gold, platinum or sterling silver, we do not stretch rings!
